Come join our Westshore Counselors for short, practical workshops and activities to support your mind, body and well-being: sessions run for 1 hour on various Wednesdays throughout the term. Snacks and drinks available. More details can be found here
All events are open to students, faculty and staff
- October 28th Stop in to create a junk journal or slime with a few of our Westshore Counselors, Westshore Campus, SHCS Atrium 11:30-1:30PM
- November 4th, join Dr. Bridgeo, our campus psychologist, for a brief walk around campus as you learn how exercise and movement can boost your mental wellness, Westshore Campus, SLT Commons 11:30-1:30pm
- December 2, join our Westshore Counselors to learn tips and strategies on how to manage test anxiety Westshore Campus SLT 302 classroom, 11:30-1:30pm
